Am I? Whose is it? Help!

I started taking my birth control pill on the first day of my period, November 29, and took it at the same time every day, never missed one. During that time, I had a friends with benefits situation and my friend and I had sex during my fertile window (Dec. 8, window was Dec 7-13) without a condom but he pulled out. I ended things with him a few days later to start dating my boyfriend. At this point, the pill was giving me super bad mood swings and awful migraines so I stopped taking the pill on Dec 17, and had spotting a few days after. My boyfriend and I had sex without a condom on Dec 23, he did pull out, and again on Dec 25, same situation. I have not gotten my period yet, it shows on my chart as being 2 days late. Do I take a test? Do I wait and see? Did the pill throw my cycle off? If I am pregnant, who is the baby's father? ( I heard once you come off the pill you can ovulate?) Should I start a new pack to jump start my period? Help!
