Hello everyone!

I’ve been experiencing these muscles twitches all around my body. The best way to explain it is that its similar to what you feel when you haven’t slept well and your eye starts to twitch, but I get it everywhere: my calves thighs uterus intestines stomach chest arms neck face.. I even sometimes feel them in my heart!

I have been taking magnesium calcium vitamin d and iron (as I do have iron deficiency). Is there anything else I can do?
