I'm not sure what to do about my pregnancy??

I'm almost 8weeks pregnant an I have children already my youngest is only just 9months old an this pregnancy wasn't planned but I'm not sure if to keep or not as there would be a lot I would have to change like my car house change to a double pram an will cope having them so close together I don't know how to feel one minute I think yes I can do this an the next I'm like no I will not cope it's so so hard an I don't won't to leave it any longer for it to keep growing any help I'll be grateful
