(Photo) implantation or pms spotting

I don’t know what to think.

I have been taking inositol for close to a month now.

Most of my adult life I’ve had very irregular periods.

Yesterday I had one tiny drop of blood on tissue and nothing else

This morning I’ve woken up to this single drop of blood in my underwear

Please also note, today is cycle day 28.

It’d be amazing to think I’m now on a 28 day cycle for the first time in way over a decade, but at the same time, I don’t ever recall having spotting like this when I used to have normal periods. I’m thinking/hoping… could it be implantation bleeding 😔
