2nd trimester sleeping
So I'm 18 weeks or so with my 2nd pregnancy (1st was very early miscarriage) and just started using the ceecee pregnancy pillow as I am very much a back sleeper. It def is comfy but it seems no matter what I'm struggling to stay asleep still. Ive had pain in my groin like the sides of my vagina basically for quite some time now (before I even switched to sleeping on my side) and I assume that's cause my body is changing and growing but with the new sleeping arrangements I mostly feel my hips hurt like on the outside where I'm lay on. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone else? Is it just something you have to struggle through or hope fades as you get used to sleeping on your side? I'm relatively out of shape and haven't done any stretching/yoga so that probably makes a difference but yeah. Thoughts please or advice to prevent any extra pain 💕
