Serpine 1???

Question

I had a thrombophilia blood panel done for recurrent miscarriages, and they just called with my results. She said “you are positive for serpine 1” and said that if I get a positive test, to take a baby aspirin everyday. 
I have tried googling, but haven’t found much yet. Has anybody ever had/heard of this?

I was never diagnosed but every time I tried to get pregnant if I didn’t take baby aspirin I always miscarried if I took it I got pregnant and stayed pregnant not sure if it was the same situation cause I was never tested but I go onto aspirin every pregnancy for high blood pressure.

From what I can gather, it's like some kind of protein that's only present during pregnancy, and it does something like digest the fetus or alter how the tissue develops, and the baby aspirin does something to stop that? Idk, human science jargon is not really my specialty.
