Tilted uterus and early ultrasound

I had an abdominal ultrasound at what should have been 7 weeks 2 days (based on ovulation which I 100% know is correct).

The sonographer told me that I had a tilted uterus, which I didn’t have with either of my daughters (also had early scans with them).

He then said that no fetal pole could be found and that I was barely 6 weeks, however he did say congratulations and pointed out a ‘flicker’ on the screen.

Could a tilted uterus possibly cause the baby to not look as far along on an abdominal ultrasound?
