No yolk sack
Just need some help I guess I went in for early ultrasound as I’m in a threatened miscarriage and I’m 6 weeks exactly they said they didn’t see anything no yolk sack no fetal pole no heartbeat nothing and they said it’s 50/50 chance but at this point I feel like they’re trying to keep my hopes up but also let me down because they said it doesn’t seem favorable for me 😞
