Sharp pain

I’m currently 13 dpo. Haven’t tested yet. I woke up in the middle of the night with a very sharp pain in my side lower stomach. It went away quick but it woke me up with how sharp it was. Has this happened to anyone as an early pregnancy symptom or anything?
