Please help

So I didnt have sex with the guy his penis and my vagina did come into contact like it touch so did my butthole. Nothing went in because I just decided not to continue and I just gave him a BJ. Then few days laters I started itching inside of my vagina, labia and my ass. I got tested for everything like on Monday we did the contact on Friday. Everything came out negative however i got tested like 3 days later after our contact and my symptoms came quick.

I got blood work, for BV every thing and then everything was negative. Is there any chance I did the test too soon?

Please help im getting worried.
