Babies with reflux…

Just wanted to see if anyone has advice. My 10 week old gets quite bad reflux but every single day at 4AM it peaks. He Pukes continuously unless completely upright on me. E we have propped up his bed and tried burping him for an hour after his feed but the second he’s in his crib he’s sick and we have to change him etc.

Any advice to help make him more comfortable? He is EBF, not sure what is making him sick at the same time every day
