Living separately with new baby on the way?

Hi everyone — I don’t have anyone to talk to about this, so here I am. I have a 2 year old daughter (previous relationship) and am 8 weeks pregnant with my boyfriend’s baby. We currently live separately and it seems that living together is not in the cards..he’s not ready to commit and I don’t want to force something that isn’t there. Has anyone moved forward with a pregnancy while living separately from their partner and it ended well? Anyone move forward with becoming a single mom of 2? I am terrified and lost and don’t know what to do.
