5month old and found out I'm pregnant

I've just found out I'm pregnant again, and I'm worried. I have a 5month old, but also miscarried last month, a week after finding out I was pregnant. I've worked out from my lmp I would be around 5/weeks. This was my 5th miscarriage. 4 before our littleone and one after. Should I call the early pregnancy unit tomorrow and see if they will see me? I've just started having brown discharge and thinking could end in another miscarriage as this how all my others started😔
