ttc after recent miscarriage

I recently found out I was pregnant after trying for about 6 months on Dec. 20 but unfortunately on Dec. 27 i miscarried, I was 6weeks 3days. I am devastated and heartbroken but I wanted to try again as soon as possible. I have gotten two different answers from my OB and family doctor on when I should try to conceive again. Family doctor said wait 3 months but OB said after my next cycle I can try again. Just looking for some advice! And if anyone has any tips on what’s helped you all conceive please let me know! Thank you!
