Uterine prolapes

I have a stage 1 uterine prolapse ever since my 2nd child. Since I’m pregnant now, I’ve noticed how low my cervix/ uterus is. I’m scared it might cause complications toward the end of this pregnancy. Has anyone had this? Did you have any complications?
