Positive test this afternoon absolutely terrified

I just kind of need somewhere to write this down. I received a positive pregnancy test this afternoon and I'm absolutely terrified. You know that saying it only takes 1 time... well yeah it does. This will be my second pregnancy (2 year old little boy) and not planned or thought of whatsoever. My last period was 11/22/22 and I'm usually on a 35-40 day cycle when I do get my period (but very irregular) so I would've started ovulating around the 12/6 and I did it 12/17 with someone I just reconnected with but I still took a plan b as I was waiting to get my bc. Fast forward to what would be around 4 weeks pregnant and I got my positive test as soon as I set the test down. I don't know what I'm going to do but I've been shaking for the last hour.
