Supply up and down constantly??

Question

My son is 11 weeks and i find that my supply still varies massively. 
Last week I couldn’t pump at all, there just wasn’t enough milk but there was still enough to feed my son. 
This week they’re so overfull, I have to pump as engorged lol. 
Does anyone else have this issue? Quite frustrating when trying to build a stash!

Create a schedule for feedings based on the baby's current patterns. And once you have that written out then incorporate pumping into the schedule as well. A schedule can help create a balance. Not a guarantee this will work but giving it a try for 1 week wouldn't be the worst thing ever. I breastfeed my twins every 2 hours, and I pump every 2 hours--from 6am to 12am--I have sessions of breastfeeding and sessions of pumping. Within that time, I pump 10 times. And I breastfeed about 8 times per day and the rest are bottle feedings, by my partner. It is hard work, but it keeps my supply up and I have an awesome stash of milk and I just keep telling myself this is not forever. I will stop breastfeeding and pumping in 30 months. I am counting down. In the meantime I just tell myself it is best for my kids and this is not forever. So my suggestion is a schedule. And the schedule may need to change after some time but it can altered as you go. But you also need to have consistency and not change the schedule every few days or weeks. I wish you all the best! The breastfeeding and pumping journeys are difficult but not impossible. Take a deep breathe and do your best!

How often are you pumping in addition to breastfeeding? Are you consistent with the frequency of pumping sessions?
My babe is 12w and although there is done variation to how much pumped milk I get and some variation to how engorged I get (pretty much only overnight), I only pump once a day consistently after his morning feed unless I’m at work then I pump to replace his feeds. 
I think it helped to store milk as well as to keep production consistent 
However I’m no expert and new to this!
