Any advice appreciated

I had blood work Friday I was 4 weeks 2 days give or take at the time. My hcg came back in the 200’s I forget the exact number and my progesterone came back 12. The doctor told me levels were low and repeated blood work today so waiting for see if they double. I am on oral progesterone as of Friday night 200mg. I also had an ultrasound today per doctors request and I am 4 weeks 6 days and there was a gestational sac. Anyone have any insight if or positive stories with similar numbers?
