I want to text a guy i have never met in person

• He's from tiktok (...i know)

• He actually lives near my hometown

• I've added him on sc and he added me back

• I've slid up on his story a few times and he has responded

• I have "accidentally" texted on sc a few times and he still responded

• I sent him a drunk video once ( i hate myself for that) and got left on read since and haven't texted him at all since then

I really want to text him be i find him interesting and funny but idk what to say but I also have options:
