Exhaustion

I’m fortunate enough to be a stay at Mom/wife. My husband works 12hr days and I don’t expect him to come home and do house work or cook. We have 5 kids all in school except 1. My house is a disaster. I was doing laundry today, I folded 3 towels and my arms were so tired it felt like I had done a bunch of push ups. My heart was racing. I literally have to sit down cuz of the exhaustion I feel doing minor stuff. I don’t remember ever feeling this exhausted while pregnant. I worked until 3 days before my 3.5yr old was born on my feet for 8-10hrs running CNC machines. Never was I feeling this bad. I feel terrible that my husband comes home to an unkept house. I have like 5 baskets of clean laundry that needs sorted and put away. Everything makes my heart race and I have to sit or lay down. Any one else feeling like this. I feel like it’s cuz I’m almost 37yrs old 😂
