teardrop gestational sac?

I went in to my first ultrasound thinking I was 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant.

I was measured at 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant. My ob said it looks like I have a teardrop gestational sac and that this pregnancy will most likely end in a miscarriage. She wants me to come back in 11 days to re do the ultrasound.

I’ve never heard of this and I don’t know what to think.

Has anyone had a healthy pregnancy with something like this?
