12w Trapped Gas Feeling-TMI
Any other ladies struggle with a trapped gas feeling, it’s just so uncomfortable and painful i feel like I can barely take a breath. I’m guessing it’s trapped gas it’s a pain right above my belly button just not a great feeling!
Been drinking plenty water and I’ve read doing stretches to help release the “gas” but it’s still so uncomfortable.
Any tips or advice please!
