11w4d no heartbeat💔

I just went for an ultrasound and there is no heartbeat. I had an ultrasound at 7w1d with a heartbeat of 157 the doctor said everything looked good and I could see the little bean, I had to go to a new doctor today and he said there is no baby or heartbeat💔 he even asked me if I’m sure I was pregnant?

I’ve had no pain no bleeding only a little bit of brown discharge at 8 weeks but only when I wiped.

He told me I need to book myself in for a DNC?

I’m so heartbroken and my husband just looked at me with a broken heart when they were doing the scan. It was his first time coming for a scan too.

I’m dying of heartache💔💔💔

PS: I live in Africa and the technology and doctors here are not the best and I don’t know if I should go back to my original doctor for a second opinion as he was at a private practice and this scan I went for was just a government clinic.
