Is this considered a period??

So my doctor prescribed me 10 days of Provera to start my period because I haven’t had it since I stopped my birth control in July. I have PCOS and was going to start trying for another baby so they prescribed me clomid to ovulate and told me to start taking it on day 3 of my cycle. Now on Thursday I started lightly bleeding/spotting and Friday (yesterday) when I woke up it was bright red blood in the toilet and when I wiped, that happened throughout the day and then by the evening it stopped and i was just spotting. Now today I’m just very lightly spotting. My periods were always light but wasn’t sure if this was a period or not because I was supposed to be taking clomid today… does this sound like my period?
