Depo shot

I got the depo shot a few days ago and now I’m panicking and terrified because all I’ve been reading about it is horror stories. I wish I had seen them before deciding to get it. I don’t plan to get it again so I will literally only have it for the next 3 months and be done.

Can anyone tells me ANY kind of positive experiences you’ve had on depo? I’m so scared from all the bad that I’ve read that I’ve been crying almost non stop and sick with worry. Please is there anyone with a good story that has been okay. 😓🥺😭😭😭
