my boyfriend had broken up with me on christmas day 2022, saying he fell out of love with me through a text in front of his family. i mean obviously he isn't my boyfriend now but yeah whatever. that last week plus of 2022 and the first three days of 2023 were hell. thankfully, i started doing yoga and working out as a coping mechanism. it's really helped me get over him which im quite content about. we were together for over 2 years, would've been 3 in march this year. we had gotten together when i was 17 and he was 18.
