No sex because he was “saving it”

So my fiancé and I have been trying for over 2 years to have a baby. He has an appointment this Friday for a sperm analysis. I tried for about 3 days in a row to initiate sex but he kept saying that he was “saving it” for the analysis. I was bummed because I was in the mood (& I was ovulating, though I didn’t tell him). But then this morning he decides he wants oral (I never mentioned it). So I begin oral and two minutes later, he finishes in my mouth.. and that was the end of it. No sex, no reciprocation, or anything really. Idk I’m just kind of annoyed. Like he doesn’t care about “saving it” when it’s for his own pleasure, I feel like he was just using that as an excuse to reject me. Usually after I start oral, he would tell me to get on top so he can finish in me and not “waste” the sperm. Maybe he doesn’t see the point in trying anymore until the analysis? But even then, I have needs too and he said that we would still continue trying.
