If my period flow is light can I use a regular tampon or does it have to be a light tampon specifically?

Yes go with your flow if it’s like you use light if it’s medium flow you use regular and if it heavy you use super bc I noticed if you use light and use a heavy one I did that I thought I would get heavy even tho it’s light it was sorta hard to take out it’s dry when I used the medium one so that why I guess you should go with your flow 🤷‍♀️

If you're in a pinch use it but it's not safe to use it unnecessarily. I suggest these. I love them haven't used anything else since I started these

Use light for light flow, use regular for a normal flow and use heavy for a heavy flow 
Otherwise if you use the wrong one it’s either to dry or not absorbent enough
