Birth control

I’m on lo loestrin fe and have been on it for almost a year now. I always had short easy periods being on it but I realized in December that I haven’t had a period since the last one I got in October. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests and they have all come back negative. I went on the lo loestrin fe website and it says that if I miss more than 2 periods contact my dr so idk if something is seriously wrong, I’m pregnant even though all tests have said negative, or my body is just too used to it. What do you guys think? I go to a new gyno next week.
