We have three boys and are pregnant with our 4th child due next month, and it’s a surprise. Of course, I would love to have my first daughter, but am just thrilled to have a healthy baby.

BUT… literally EVERYONE is saying they want it to be a girl. Grandparents, friends, our siblings… everyone. It makes me sad and worried to think that when we make those phone calls from the hospital that anyone could be bummed with the news of us announcing another son. It’s so much more pressure surrounding something so silly.

Anyone been through this with either outcome? I feel bad/sad for my unborn potential son, and the fact that anyone could be anything other than thrilled with his arrival 😞.
