Hcg level 33

Hi there. Trying not to be anxious as I know the goal is to have Hcg double in 48 hours. My period was December 3-7 which would put me what I thought was about 5 weeks. 33 Hcg just seems so low to me and I am trying not to worry. Any thoughts??
