Kegal stretches?
Hey y’all 27+2 here
I’ve been hearing the good news about kegal stretches forever now, but I’m really unclear about how to do them, or if I’m doing them correctly - so I haven’t really been doing them. I don’t want to tear during delivery but I genuinely have no idea what to do. I’ve tried doing like bridges but it doesn’t seem like the right muscle group. How have you found the best way to do kegal stretches?
