25 week pregnant pain

Hey ladies! So it’s pretty late here so I can’t call my ob. Is this normal , today I’ve been having (tmi) diarrhea and when I go it hurts really bad coming out. Like a very sharp stabbing pain. It gets to the point to where I have to stop for a few mins and just sit there. It also causes a sharp pain in my lower part of my stomach.
