Anyone experience this?

I went to my first ultrasound at 9 weeks 1 day baby was spot on but I was told I have a subchorionic hematoma and they doctor said “ there’s only one for now ?” And never really explained and on my paperwork it says one or unspecified fetus. I am kinda hoping for twins I was just wondering if anyone might know what she meant
