Cyst 9 weeks postpartum?

So about 3 days ago I noticed I started getting lower abdominal cramps ( which I thought was weird considering I didn’t even really have cramps after giving birth. I already had my first period postpartum weeks ago and also didn’t have cramps nor did I bleed heavily at all. Anyways all day yesterday and today I have had pain in my lower left abdomen almost near my hip. It won’t go away and I thought it might be a cyst, since I had one before when I was in high school. Has this happened to anyone else or know what it might be?
