He keeps peeing through his diapers! Last night he barely peed in it before bed and it was wet, in the middle of the night it was all over him, and just now peed when nothing was in it (had to regardless bc he pooped). He gets changed at midnight when he wakes up for a bottle so it doesn’t get extremely full. It’s just a constant thing of changing his diaper and outfit. It’s also happened in the car seat before! It doesn’t matter if it’s size 4 or 5 and his penis is always pointing down. He wears Huggies Little Movers, Costco brand, Pampers swaddlers or baby dry. It’s whatever we have and doesn’t have sensitive issues. So looking for other diaper recommendations!

He uses overnight diapers and it happens during the day as well.
