i’m 17 and i’ve been wanting to get on bc for a while i don’t know how to bring it up to my mom because i don’t want to tell her it’s because i’m active , i also want to get on because i heard it helps with my cycle and it has been very odd recently so i do i tell my mother i want to get on it?
