Do you think this sounds like anxiety or a heart problem?

I’ve struggled with an anxiety disorder and CPTSD all of my life, since childhood. I was on medication for about 12 years but I weaned off everything when I was 24 and I’m now 33. I know my triggers and know methods to calm down. But for the most part I feel like I have my anxiety under control. However sometimes I still get randomly anxious and part of my anxiety is health anxiety/hypochondria.

That being said I am aware when something is actually off with my body. Since Christmas I have been very sick with Covid. My husband and kids caught it too but I got the sickest. Since Covid I have noticed my heart rate has been really high. 100+ at rest and with movement up to 145. On Wednesday I was feeling really short of breath and my heart was racing. I was feeling some mild chest pain. I honestly didn’t know what was going on so I went to the ER. It did not feel like my anxiety attacks in the past. They did all sorts of tests on me, and told me nothing was wrong, but are having me follow up with a cardiologist on Monday. I know Covid can cause heart complications. I also know that I am a hypochondriac and am prone to having anxiety attacks. I know this didn’t feel like my previous experience with anxiety but maybe it was? My symptoms right now are no pain, but when I stand up from resting, my heart rate jumps. It was in the 80s while I was sitting on the couch. I stood up to do laundry and my Apple Watch clocked it in at 134. It goes back down when I sit back down. I also know post Covid POTS is a thing and I’m wondering if that’s what I have.

Again I AM seeing the cardiologist on Monday. I just thought I’d post looking for other opinions too.
