Freaking out

So we have 2 kids and do not want any more so we use condoms.I had cramps Thursday and bad cramps ( felt like ovulation cramps )and alot of clear discharge on Friday and we had sex on Saturday night/ Sunday morning and the condoms broke so he came inside of me and we didn't realize it until we checked the condom after ....I freaked out and took plan B just incase but I know it doesn't work if you're ovulating.... this just happened early this morning and I had to tell someone soooo
