Does anyone else ever worry that have a brain tumor and make themselves sick?

I’ve been having weird temple headaches and pain for a few weeks and also off and on off balance I guess floating feeling? Not really dizzyness but more like I feel weird. Can’t explain it. It’s making me panic and freak out. The dr told me I had a sinus infection when I went for it but at this time I’m sure it’s not that. It’s been 3+ weeks and I still feel weird and off balance sometimes. I dunno if it’s health anxiety and I’m making it worse. Anyone else? My neck is super tight on both sides and I’m almost sure it’s related to that. But I’m unsure.
