Break through bleeding?

Hi I’m looking for some help or advice and I do have a doctors app booked on Monday but has anyone ever got a full period during their active pills? I am under a lot of stress but that delayed my period last month but I have another five active pills before my pill free week and I have gotten a full blown period is this normal? I’m on microlite at least 8-9 months
