First miscarriage

Hi ladies, I’m on day 3 of my miscarriage and things seem to be getting a little bit more intense. My cramps come and go, but a few minutes ago they came in and it’s not in my stomach. It’s all in my lower back, so low it’s above my butt and it’s going down in my butt. It’s like aloootttt of pressure in my butt and back and then stabbing pains in my booty. Is this normal? It feels like I’m in labor now. It’s all sooo low and in my booty and so much pressure. I haven’t passed the sac yet.
