Safe to start exercising?

Hello all!

Up until about 5 months ago I was working out consistently doing cross training and some home workout things for about 4 years. I want to get back into cross training again (going slow and modifying of course) as I am about 9 weeks along, I was wondering if anyone knew if there’s any science behind starting exercising during early pregnancy with any negative results? I did crosstraining with both of my previous pregnancies all throughout with no issues, this would just be the first time starting 10ish weeks in.

I think I’m just scared that something bad will happy to the baby if I start moving around more than what I’ve been used to for a while.
