Opposite sex sibling sharing room

I live in a decent sized two bedroom apartment and I’m 21 weeks pregnant and just found out I’m having a girl. My first child is a boy, he’s 3. I was just wondering if it’s normal for young siblings of the opposite sex to share a room because they will be sharing a room until I buy a house in a few years. I think it’s fine but others are telling me I should be finding a different place to leave cause they are different genders. How would you feel or go about it? I feel like they’re so young now it’s okay. Obviously when they get older and start to explore their bodies then yes they will have separate rooms
