Light exercise recs plsss 🙏🏻🥰
I’ve been doing the same exercises for a long time now and they have been effective for weight loss but not to get the results I want. I would love it if you could tell me any exercises you tried that helped you tone your upper body. So far I’ve only tried several planks but they don’t tone my arms like I want.
