I am not sure am i over thinking

I have general Anesthesia a week ago. And I am feeling so nauseas. I am on the pill and I looked it up that the anesthesia can affect bc. I took a pregnancy test because the last time I did it without a condom and he pulled out was 13 days ago. Is that test accurate? I’ve also been spotting since Monday. I was on the sugar pills when we did it and I got brown spotting on my pad for 2 days? I’m just stressed…
