Tagged people important to me (my mom, husband, his bio and adoptive brother, his adoptive parents, and his bio brother’s girlfriend) and left it at that. Husband is still friends with his bio family on facebook. Despite everything.

This is a former addict that I’ve seen at an event one time 7 or 8 years ago and never spoken to until today.

The last time I announced I was pregnant (he just turned two last week) my husband’s bio mom’s response behind our back was “why should I be happy? I’ll never see that baby.” That was the push for his now adoptive parents to adopt him.
