Who has gotten pregnant on Kyleena a IUD?

I’ve had the kyleena IUD for 3 years now. I just had sex 2 weeks ago for the first time in 6 months . Now I feel like I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms. I don’t get a period. So I don’t even know when I ovulated etc .
