Pregnancy or just late???

I am on day 4 of my missed period. Took a test with the fist morning urine and it was negative.

Here is what happened. For the past 7 months or longer I have been regular with my period. I can’t say if longer because I didn’t document that far back. This is the first time I’m late. If my period is out of whack it’s usually earlier not late.

I do have pms symptoms like sore breast and I’ve had on and off cramps for the past days with lower back pain just no period yet. I’m 32 and I thought at this point in my life my period would be consistent. What happened last period I had was normal the day after my period was over my husband and I had unprotected sex but I didn’t think it would do anything. Btw we would be ok having another baby I just wanted to know if anyone has had the same happen.
