Anatomy scan. Placenta Previa?

Had my scan a few days ago.

Baby girl was moving and measuring on track.

They found a soft marker (calcium deposit?) In her heart. The nipt test we took weeks ago had been negative for any congenital/chromosomal abnormalities. So the Dr said not to worry.

I was also told that I have Placenta Previa. On pelvic rest. Told to avoid intercourse. I have a fallow up ultrasound at 26 weeks. From what I have read, most cases resolve in a few weeks. But in the meantime, just wanted to know the experience of others. How long before you no longer had it? Were you able to avoid spotting or bleeding? What precautions did you take on pelvic rest?

I'm a stay at home mom. It's just me and my 4 year old most of the week. My husband sleeps closer to his work and is only home on his days off. So it's kinda hard not to lift or bend a lot. House and kid don't take care of itself.
